Workflow Solution
Below is some projects we have done in the last two years (2007-2009).
Workflow Solution
- Plasmedia implemented workflow to automate credit initiation in a local bank. The solution enabled the bank to do centralisation that reduced processing time and cost-per-transaction. The system was implemented in more than 200 branches and was used by more than 400 users.
- Plasmedia implemented employee self service (HR and Finance) in a leading manufacturing company. Corporate users can submit, review, and approve many forms. The solution brought convenience to staff, cost reduction, and faster transaction process.
Intranet and Portal
- Plasmedia implemented Sharepoint intranet in a bank with more than 10 thousands users. Plasmedia did not just deliver the technical solution, but also did a thorough study on information structure and its relevancy to staf so that the intranet was really a portal that provide information 'in the finger tip' to all users.
- Plasmedia implemented Sharepoint-based portal in a government agency. The portal was used as knowledge management, business intelligence portal, and content management.
Document Management
- Plasmedia implemented document management solution in a leading retail company. The document management is used across organisation and has extended flexibility. Each department could manage their own document based on spesific characteristic.
- Plasmedia implemented document management solution in a leading consumer good manufacturing. The solution complied to a high standard of quality assurance (CFR and ISO). A workflow module was installed to ensure that document distribution and review were done with proper authorisation and audit trail.
Business Application
- Plasmedia implemented a payroll and HR management in a leading retail company in Indonesia. The system managed more than 15.000 employee.
- Plasmedia developed and implemented a barcoding solution that integrated with ERP for a prominent consumer product manufacturer in Indonesia.
